Project : Low Trailer

It's an inevitability that given the fact we drive both: German cars, and German cars that are very low, that on any given day our vehicles will potentially become unable to drive under their own power. In year's past we have used various methods for transporting our cars after the unthinkable happened including but not limited to, our own car dolly (which was stolen), Uhaul dual axle trailers, Uhaul dollies, flat towing, and just a good old fashioned nylon tow strap for those short trips. Ultimately though all of these methods posed a problem- generally necessitating removal of the front bumper. We decided it was time remedy this situation by building our own trailer, and lowering it.
