CTS Turbo Now Available

We are pleased to now be offering a selection of parts from our friends north of the border, CTS Turbo. We've known Clay for what seems like ages, and we've watched as their company has grown into what it is today. CTS MK7 GTI FMIC KIT

CTS Turbo is pleased to announce the release of their Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for the MK7 GTI. The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit for the MK7 GTI is an excellent upgrade for any stock or modified car. Increasing the core volume and the intercooler placement has resulted in significant cooling improvements, including reduced heat soak and reduced charged air temperatures. These improvements can be attributed to our large high density intercooler core, and smooth flowing cast aluminum end tanks. This kit features an impressive bar and plate intercooler core, 4 ply silicon couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps and requires no trimming to your OEM bumper or rebar! Features:

• High Density bar and plate 450hp-capable intercooler core measuring 24" x 8" x 2.75"

CTS Turbo MK6 TSI 2.0T FWD Downpipe

CTS is proud to release the new CTS Turbo 3" Stainless Steel downpipe for the 2.0T. The factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefore has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is "chipped". The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing. • To remove the CEL that will occur, proper tuning software must be used. CTS Turbo recommends choosing a High Flow Cat for the sake of our environment!
• Using the optional CEL eliminator greatly reduces the possibility of CEL coming on for cat efficiency code.
• We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.

 

CTS MK7 Golf / GTI / R Intake Kit

CTS Turbo is proud to announce their new air intake system for the VW MK7 Golf/GTI and MK7 Golf R is ready! This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra air flow.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through their 3.5" high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. CTS' 3.5" CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.
