Machine Operator

We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to operate some of the machine equipment at Black Forest Industries. Do you like to create? Do you like to see things go from raw material to finished product in your hands, or right in front of you? We need a passionate and creative individual with an interest in manufacturing who would like to be a part of creating Black Forest Industries products every day. Prior knowledge is not required but pay is based on experience. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and teardown machining setups for Haas VF2SS and VF3SS vertical Mills.
  • Cut, clean, and deburr raw material with a CNC bandsaw, as well as help maintain its functionality.
  • Set up, load, and operate a CNC laser cutter.
  • Set up, and bend sheet metal with a CNC press brake.
  • Set up, manage, clean and 3D printing/laser etching.
  • Sand, ultrasonically clean and hand finish parts created by CNC mill/laser cutter.
  • Keep a clean and productive workspace.

Assembly Technician

We are adding to our production team! Do you love building things? Do you love putting things together, making sure every detail is right? We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for European automobiles and a great level of attention to detail. From building engine mounts and catch cans, to assembling shift knobs, shift paddles and everything in between.

Requirements of the position: Solid attention to detail and skill for making sure steps are completed successfully; High School diploma preferred; Aptitude for tools/assembly and automotive experience a plus.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build products with hardware following build sheets and guides.
  • Help manage inventory, suggest build requests and tend to build queue software.
  • Help with receiving finished goods and raw materials for assembly/processing.
  • Maintain consistent workflow and adjust to help with shipping throughout.
  • Assist shipping and receiving during times of high demand.
  • Adjust and suggest items for manufacturing queue based on demand or inventory levels.
  • Assist with daily order routing software.

Sales/Customer Service Representative

We are looking to add to our sales and customer service team; with our increased sales volume we need to add to the wonderful team that helps sell and manage all our retail customer orders. We invite you to apply for this position if you would like to work with us at Black Forest Industries and fit the following criteria: You must share our passion for European automobiles and great customer service. You must possess strong communication skills and have at least a base level knowledge of German automobile parts and service (VW, Audi, BMW Porsche, Mini). .
Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer emails/phone calls as well as engage in-store customers  
  • Act as a first point of contact for Black Forest Industries product knowledge on social media platforms  
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Help customers find information for our products as well as direct them to the correct product fitment for their vehicle  
  •  Escalate questions and concerns via help tickets to the proper department
  • Maintain an organized work area and showroom space
  •  Problem solve and troubleshoot common customer issues with a product or service
