How BFI Is Handling COVID-19


What We're Doing.

Despite the mask, here at Black Forest Industries we want to assure our customers that we are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously. While the sales and service departments are still open, we have made some notable changes for the health and safety of both our customers and staff.

Starting Thursday, March 19th, the service department will only be available for drop-off appointments. All our normal services are still available, but our lobby and waiting areas will be closed, and the front door to the building shut other than to accommodate the drop off and pick-up of service vehicles. Parts can still be purchased and picked up locally as well, but will need to be called in and scheduled for pick-up in advance. 

Additionally, the service team is employing several tactics to help prevent any potential spread of the virus. We are using disposable gloves for the handling of each vehicle and keys. Our key-drop box is available for before/after-hour drop offs, and we are offering key lock-out services along with payment via phone after completion of services.

Safety during this time is our number one concern. We will continue to offer the same great customer service and quality work that has brought you all to us, for as long as we are safely able to do so!
