This year marked the first that Black Forest Industries has been on the other side of things as an exhibitor at the annual SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. In partnership with JOM Germany somewhere amongst the window tint and and right around the corner from the Carol Shelby tribute we were displaying our flagship products as well as a large sampling of parts from JOM. Amidst the sea of FRS / BRZ cars there was a sprinkling of quality euro cars and other unique attendees. One of the most notable euros needs little introduction- the VWVortex Project Super Beetle which was put together in an amazingly tight 2 week timeframe at APR's facility in Auburn Alabama. As in recent years past, you could also find several rotiformed VAG cars parked at random outside the main exhibit halls including a rarity for SEMA- a MK3 GTI. Below are just a few images of what is one of the most extensive and massive automotive events in the world. Vita (of JOM Germany) Joe, and Pete in our booth.
